Whiskey Tour Information

Expert guides will lead you through the extraordinary story of Jameson Irish Whiskey. A short film sets the scene before the tour guides walk you through the old distillery. Guided tours last one hour and end with a complimentary glass of Jameson Whiskey and a chance to take part in a tutored whiskey tasting to become a certified Irish Whiskey Taster!

Warehouse A1

Warehouse A1 was one of the original warehouses built in 1800`s by the Murphy family and thus, it is one of the first warehouses used to mature Cork Distillery whiskey, or later to be called Paddy`s whiskey and Midleton whiskey. Warehouse A1 has been carefully restored with its original features and characteristics. Visitors will be able to see and feel the old-style maturation process as we will be storing 1000 casks full with our traditional pot still whiskey. Additionally, Warehouse A1 will have a wood display and a cooperage display where tour guides explain how whiskey casks are built from acorn to the finished product.
