►Good morning the truth is that a bad experience with your site or Trip Masters from the customer service to the services. First, I have written and called, and no one has answered me. First of all, from my vacation days which were 15 I only had 11 due to problems with flights. On August 1st my flight left Miami at 9 am arriving Istanbul on the 2nd at 7 am to take the other flight to Athens and arrive at 9 in the morning. But this did not happen on the way to the airport without notifying me, it turns out that they change the flight and it left on day 1 at 1 p.m. which means that it would no longer arrive at the same time but on day 2 at 6 p.m. we arrived in Athens. It implies that two days were lost, because on the 2nd we had planned an excursion with my spouse and we no longer did it, that is, we would have to do the tour in one day or August 3. At the hotel in Athens, we had breakfast included but it turns out that it was not like that we had to pay. It also happened that the car was paid for, but they deducted three hundred and twenty-five Euros, and they have not returned it. Then the ferry that was supposed to be for the 6th in the morning and for no reason they changed it. And we arrived in Mykonos at 6 pm on my birthday and my spouse had hired a nice souvenir on a catamaran for dinner but as we arrived after hours, she lost it. At the Divine Cavinee hotel, the truth is that we also had a bad experience. I paid money to have a dream vacation, and it was going wrong. Trying to contact you is a headache because being outside is impossible. The best thing about my vacation was in Istanbul because I hired my hotel outside and rented a car and I had no problems. Until the 15th arrived and we had to take the flight back and another without any reason to leave at 14:10 pm we ended up leaving at 17:35 which implies that we arrived in Miami at 00:00hs It means another day lost but that's how my vacation was. The years I've been traveling I've never spent trying to give you a chance, but I see that you're not serious.as if that were not enough, in Istanbul I had to buy another suitcase at 80Euros and it turns out that the airline (Turkish Airlines) broke that suitcase, and they are not responsible.

►I had some issues at the beginning of the trip with the flight for my father. However, it was resolved. Overall, the hotels and tours were fantastic. My only complaint would be the bed we got in Santorini at the Hotel Levante; it was tough to sleep on it.

►We booked two rooms, where one room ended up far superior than the other. The other couple with us could not understand why booking on the same trip had the discrepancy in the rooms, when the cost was the same. For example one room had a king bed and the other room had three single beds. The application did not retain the trip information when it was offline. We had to have Wi-Fi to reload the data after each city. Just small things besides that we enjoyed Tripmasters setting up all transportation and hotels. Each of the hotel stays were right in the heart of places we wanted to visit!

►When the hotel says economy it is actual the size of closet. I was very disappointed with the hotel in Santorini.
