This was a good trip. We've been a dedicated Tripmasters customer for many years. I wish Tripmasters would notify us if baggage is not included in the cost of airfare. We had to pay quite a bit just to check 1 bag each. You would think that is included in the ticket price of an overseas flight. thanks, Matt Mitchell

Excellent hotel selection, perfect locations, wonderful customer service with someone who always answers the phone when there is an issue! The rental car company tried to charge us but the customer service rep was so helpful, she stayed on the phone with us to make sure our issue was resolved. I am so happy with the overall experience, the price, and just having the trip completely planned out for us! Highly recommend!! I've already told all my friends and family.
