Walking tour in Prague- the tour guide is amazing. Medieval dinner package- a must for family. River Cruise Prague castle Overall- we have an amazing experience. Customer service is great and provided timely assistance. We will definitely use Tripmaster in our future trips.

The hotel transfers were less than ideal because neither of the drivers were friendly at all.

Prearranged transportation from airport to the hotel was late picking us up. I had tried 4 times to contact hotel via email to arrange an early check in and they never responded.
