►Better instructions for using more than one airline during trip. Had trouble with checking in with Lufthansa airlines and almost missed flight. They put us in standby.

►I booked a travel package that included the hotels, train, and flights. It was a great experience! Our flights were a bit delayed by 30 minutes, but other than that, we reached our destinations on time. The hotel in Berlin, NH Hotel Alexanderplatz, had good customer service and the room was spacious. The check in and check out process was smooth with no issues. Additionally, we were traveling by train from Berlin to Prague. The train voucher provided by TripMasters was all in German, so I did have to find an English translated ticket through Google to make sure we knew the train arrival and departure times. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the train. We had reserved seats and people were sitting in our seats. They did eventually get up and allow us to sit in the seats. Another thing to mention is that a prior train was canceled, so all of those passengers were on our train to Prague. Most of them did not have reserved seats so they were standing in the main compartment and hallways. This is a fire hazard in my opinion, and the train was over capacity. I am not kidding but there were way too many people in those hallways and all of them were standing for four hours. Because of this, we couldn't use the bathroom or get a drink at the bar because there were passengers standing in the hallways. During the train ride, they stopped at one station and told some standing passengers to get off because there were too many people aboard. This delayed our arrival time to Prague by over an hour. I think the Berlin Central Station could have done a better job of placing these passengers on another train. The hotel in Prague was spacious. I did have to contact the hotel directly to get the access code. It did get very hot in the room and it was noisy. We were located right on top of a bar, and they were loud until midnight. All in all, I had a good experience and would consider booking again.

►This was an awesome trip!! Everything worked out perfectly. Once, when we needed assistance we called Tripmasters and they helped us on the spot!!

►The hotels all met our expectations and some even more, like Liberty Hotel in Prague.
Air transportation was good and train ride from Berlin to Prague was very nice.
