►The customer service was fantastic. The process was easy. The hotels were not quite as described. Our hotel on Madrid was very difficult to deal with and quite far away from all of the tourist activities. It was also on the fringe of an area that was a bit sketchy. The heat was intense and the air conditioning did it work. Emergency lights kept going on throughout the night. It was just not ideal. Our hotel in Seville was perfect. The hotel in Barcelona was just okay.
