Our trip to Portugal was enjoyable and fulfilling. The travel agency (Tripmasters) was always supportive and quick to respond whenever we reached out to them from overseas during our trip.

second hotel on my trip ws misrepresented. found a new hotel on my own. NO assistance or refund from Tripmasters. VERY dissappointed.

The hotel in Porto was a okay but I wish I had chosen a different one. Everything else was fine.

Everything was great with the exception of a tour I had to cancel because there was a reasonable means of transportation to the departure point. There wasn't any assistance or guidance provided on the tour voucher to assist with this either.

All the reservations and arrangements were perfectly done; however, there was trouble with one, the Portugal Pass railroad travel. We followed your instructions to download RailPass and it was easy to load the pass. We went to the railroad station to ask and could not communicate with the ticket agent. She refused to help. The second time we went, the agent could speak English. She was infinitely patient with the app and us. The problem was that we had not activated the pass correctly. I know the apps not within your control but you need to provide a bit more guidance. I am an expert in internet research and still had trouble. If it had not been for a very nice ticket agent, we would have missed our train.
