►I HAVE MADE SEVERAL TRIPS THROUGH TRIPMASTERS AND ALWAYS HAD VERY GOOD SERVICE AND ALL HOTELS, TRANSPORTATION ETC. HAVE BEEN PERFECT. UNFORTUNATELY ON THIS LAST TRIP THE HOTEL IN ICELAND WAS HORRIBLE BUT I TRULY DON'T BLAME TRIPMASTERS AS THIS HOTEL WAS BOUGHT OUT, AFTER MY BOOKING, AND THE OWNER DECIDED NO LOBBY, NO RECEPTION DESK AND NO HELP. HAD TO STAND OUT IN THE RAIN TO GET A CODE TO GET IN AND ANOTHER CODE TO GET INTO YOUR ROOM. THEY CLAIMED A CODE WAS SENT TO ME IN ADVANCE BUT I CHECKED MY EMAIL AND THAT WAS ENVER RECEIVED. THERE WAS MAJOR CONSTRUCITON GOING ON ACROSS THE STREET, THE TV DIDN'T WORK UNTIL TWO NIGHTS BEFORE WE LEFT. NOT ONCE WAS OUR ROOM CLEANED, NO CLEAN TOWELS, NO EMPTYING OF GARBAGE CANS AND NO SERVICE. THE ONLY ONE GOOD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT IT WE COULD WALK OUT THE BACK RIGHT INTO A RESTAURANT (NOT OWNED BY THE HOTEL) AND THE FOOD THERE WAS DELICIOUS SO WE ATE THERE EVERY NIGHT AS THERE WAS NOWHERE ELSE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE, WHICH WHEN I CHOSE THAT ONE IT WAS BECAUSE IT STATED CENTER CITY AND THAT COULD BE BUT IT WAS CLOSE TO NOTHING IN WALKING DISTANCE. AFTER TALKING TO TRIPMASTERS I DID ADVISE THEY TAKE 22 HILL HOTEL OFF THEIR LIST SO THAT NONE OF THERE OTHER CLIENTS WOULD HAVE THIS SAME EXPERIENCE. I WILL GIVE TRIPMASTERS HIGH PRAISE AS THEY DID TRY TO FIND US A HOTEL COMPARABLE TO THE COST OF THIS ONE BUT COULD NOT AND SAID IF WE COULD THEY WOULD COMPENSATE, HOWEVER, WE COULD NOT FIND ONE EITHER. THE EMPLOYEE I TALKED TO WAS CHAIREBELL AND SHE HAS GONE THE DISTANCE IN HELPING WITH THE SIUTATION AND AT THE END OF THE DAY TRIPMASTERS IF GIVING ME A REFUND OF $500.00. I AM PERFECTLY SATISFIED WITH THIS AS I DIDN'T EXPECT FULL COMPENSATION. THIS WAS A COMBINATION TRIP AND THE HOTEL IN AMSTERDAM WAS OUTSTANDING. THEREFORE, I WILL CONTINUE TO BOOK MY TRIPS THROUGH TRIPMASTERS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS...

►The transportation to and from the Amsterdam to our hotel was nice. The service provided by the drivers was great! The Monet Garden Hotel had a great atmosphere and friendly service by staff. The canal cruise tour in Amsterdam was fun and the guides provided great service. The Von Hotel in Reykjavik was under construction. The staff was friendly, however the room was smaller than anticipated and the water from the shower would pour out into the bathroom floor. There were not amenities such as soap, lotion or laundry service on property. The Aurora Lights exhibit was nice. The South Shore tour was amazing! The guide was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We encountered several issues on our trip and the customer service representatives from Trip Masters were wonderful at helping us through our issues.

►We just used the service for airfare and hotels. The hotels were in great locations (Reykjavik and Amsterdam) and the flights only had 1 stop per flight. It was great!
