►I encountered endless problems with our flights, from late flights, to continuous rebooking due to an administrative technical error. All no fault of mine. Every time I contacted TripMasters, I was told American Airlines now owned the booking and had to correct or TripMasters was just closed! When I would call American Airlines, I was told the opposite; that I needed to contact the third party that booked. Other airlines were just as unhelpful. It was all very unpleasant and inconvenient to say the least. I lost a day in Morocco due to a late flight and inability to rebook me quickly due to this technical error. I then, had to pay out of pocket for an extra day in Venice due to this technical error, because British Airways couldn't confirm my ticket.
