►I was a bit skeptical of using tripmasters just because I didn`t know anything about them nor anyone who had used them. I was trying to plan a trip to Switzerland for my mom who is 76 and always dreamed of seeing the country. Tripmasters was SO helpful in not only planning and mapping out our trip but then sent me an app with LOADS of helpful information regarding each place that we stayed, such as restaurants that were close, things to do, etc I can`t say enough good about tripmasters and will definitely be using them again! Thank you for making our trip a successful gift for all of us but especially my mom!!

►We were largely satisfied with Tripmasters on this, our second use of your service. We upgraded 2 of the hotels - De La Poste Hotel in Beaune , France, and to, " Hotel de le Alpes" ,in Lucern, Switzerland. We are forever grateful that you offered these options at just a slightly higher cost. They were improvements that truly mattered I our trip satisfaction. I recommend them highly to ANY traveler. The many train connections that we endured were a bit tiresome and we did not realize it would take 7 hours t get from Munich to Strasbourg. Part of the reason for that was a collapsed train track above Strasbourg that cost us about 3 hours. The flight on Aer Lingus to Dublin was ok, but the food substandard and we were not served any complimentary wine / drink. They cost extra so we went without. That was the first time that ever happened and we would bring our own in future. Lastly, I did not try to upgrade to direct flights to Munich, or home from Zurich and no options of such were offered on the sight. I will only travel on direct flights in the future, so please offer such to your customers ( on the booking site). Our Observations:

Our site offers a multitude of flight options to suit all of our customers needs and budgets. The website will offer the default option first, which may not be the most convenient, however it will be the most cost effective. You can go on to further nd filter your search, and perhaps find the flight you are looking for without too much of an added expense. We do understand how important choosing the right flight may be!

►Switzerland: Zurich and Lucerne: 2 hotels, round trip flight for Zurich Switzerland and train tickets to Lucerne and back to Zurich Airport.
