all the hotels were close to train stations except in Viareggio (hotel mercure) - as we found out later there were several better options we would have liked better
all of the airline flights were good
all the train rides were good except they changed a train on us from Milan to La Spezia - the seating arrangement ended up with one of us not having a seat
there is really nothing that could have made this a better trip
the help of your staff made this a memorable trip for us.
