►I was not clear which hotels had breakfast and / or local transit (busses) included. It would be great if this was included in the documents or a comprehensive list somewhere. I was really impressed, however with the ease of contacting customer service. It made clearing up any questions very easy.

►This is my 6th trip that I have booked using Tripmasters. I love the competive prices and your excellent customer service! I also like the transparent fees (i.e. prices include tax, etc.)

►There was something wrong with the website when I attempted contact while abroad regarding an issue with a hotel. It would switch between not allowing me to log in and then logging in to no information regarding my trip available. I was eventually able to contact a chat just via Google but it was insanely frustrating at the time and took about an hour to sort out. That being said, once finally able to make contact the rep was very helpful. Following that there was a glitch with the chat on my mobile phone and it wouldn't allow me to exit the chat even after restarting my phone twice and messages kept popping up with reps and then reps leaving the conversation. I even sent screenshots to the reps to prove I had no "x" or exit button. They were also stumped. After 2 or 3 days of ignoring it the chat went away.

►You are taking a HUGE gamble with Trip Masters. I want to start by explaining although Trip Masters ruined my vacation, they technically did not rip me off. This review is more for consumer advocacy than anything. For the first time, I purchased a vacation to Switzerland for February 2023 for $8,620 through Trip Masters. I was referred to them by Travelzoo. The day before I was supposed to leave, an airport strike occurred in Frankfurt, Germany, canceling thousands of European flights. Trip Masters took it upon themselves to reschedule my flights without consent, and the new flight itself would take almost twice as long, reducing our trip by a full day. The seats were not comparable to the quality we chose initially. This is important to me because I'm tall. TM wanted to charge me the same $8,620 for a shorter trip, longer flight time, and lower quality seat, and they were not budging with zero attempts at trying to make the situation any better. I informed them my vacation was flexible by a few days so that we could adjust the trip accordingly, and they couldn't help me adjust without starting the trip planning all over (at last-minute prices). At one point, they wanted to charge me an extra $900 to get on a flight for the sake of getting on a flight. The problem with TM is that they take your money ($8,620) in a lump sum and then shop the trip to their vendors. This is terrible travel planning because if disruptions like a strike happen, their vendors don't refund them, and you, the traveler, can not speak to their vendors. You must rely on TM to fix the situation; they had little ambition. After two days of dealing with TM and vacation time running out, I purchased a last-minute vacation to Scotland (HIGHLY Recommend) through Delta Vacations (Highly recommend), which was seamless. Fast forward to August, of the $8,620, I was refunded $7,782.27. I'm having my insurance recoup the remaining $837.73 (fingers crossed). This was an expensive lesson to be learned, and I hope no one goes through this process in the future. Book your trip yourself or through an airline since they control the sky with a solid refund/cancellation policy.

►Hi team, The whole journey was good until we started to return. Four of us with PNR JJ9FVA have original travel ZRH to ATL. The first leg was completed. I understand the luggage was delivered after two hours due to the freezing weather outside. After the customs checked the flight status and found it was on time. We handed over the luggage and T4 to T2. On the 23rd at 7 pm, After traveling to Terminal 2 found that the flight to Atlanta got canceled. The agent was impatient to help many passengers standing humbly to get help rebooking. Parallelly I tried calling the number and got an agent after two + hours and rebooked to the 26th morning from LGA to Atlanta at 8 am. Went to the Baggage Service office at 10.30 pm. The three-member crew helping had no clue, making many members wait until 2 am only to tell them to check the status tomorrow (24th). Did not give any reference number. Left to the hotel without luggage in UBER. The next day 24th, the baggage status did not change, so I went to the airport and tried calling and messaging Delta the whole 24th. On Sunday 25th, since we were traveling from LGA, we found a baggage specialist who helped to send our luggage to Atlanta. 25th night was notified that the 26th flight was canceled. On the 26th tried to rebook but only found it for the 28th or 29th. So we had to take a rental car and drive to Atlanta to avoid additional hotel expenses and no guarantee. I had to spend $3000 plus food, gas, stay, and essential clothes. If you need proof I can send receipts I don't see an option to attach the receipts.
