Trip Summary
2 nights in Frankfurt

Frankfurt is the financial capital of Germany, and for many travelers, the gateway to Europe. A closer look reveals there is much more to offer; from arts, outdoors, and shopping, to historic building and high-rises. Frankfurt has also long been an important center for cultural and tourism activities. Its huge trade fair complex, Messe Frankfurt, hosts important events such as the Frankfurt Book Fair (the world's most important publishing event). The city is known for its exceptional number of fine museums covering art, science, and history.

The Romerberg, Museum District (Museumsufer), The Palm Garden (Palmengarten), St. Bartholomew's Cathedral, The Hauptwache, Goethe House and Museum, The Frankfurt Museum of Modern Art, Zoo Frankfurt, Stadel Museum, and so much more!

2 nights in Hanover

The capital of the federal state of Lower Saxony, Hanover imposes itself as a modern city. It's one of the most important centres of German industry, transportation, commerce, but mostly The City of Trade Fairs - including the biggest european IT-Fair CeBIT. A famous shooting festival (Schützenfest) takes place here every summer. Besides, Hanover offers the visitor some idyllic places to enjoy, like big baroque gardens, the Maschsee lake, Eilenriede Forest or the old surviving buildings.

Visit Herrenhäuser Gärten, Erlebnis-Zoo Hannover, Berggarten Hannover, Hanover Fairground, Landesmuseum Hannover, and so much more!

2 nights in Bremen

The second greatest German port, on the river Weser, was badly damaged by the War, but it preserved an ancient flavor, especially in the Altstadt (Old Town) - bordered by the ruins of medieval city walls. Altstadt's most important place is Marktplatz, dominated by the Town Hall, hosting a restaurant with an impressive list of over 600 German wines. Bremen offers many attractions, both medieval cathedrals and modern places - Universum Science Center, Space Center, art museums, Becks' Beer factory.

Visit Bremen Roland and Town Hall, Schnoor Quarter, Böttcherstraße, Bremen Cathedral, Bremer Stadtmusikanten, and so much more!

Germany

<b>Germany</b>'s landscape is straight from the Fairy tales: castles, deep dark forests and mythical rivers. The German landscapes are extraordinarily diverse, with graceful big-city appeal, small picture-postcard towns, pagan-inspired harvest festivals, a wealth of art and culture, and the perennial pleasures of huge tracts of forest, delightful castles and fine wine and beer. From Charlemagne and the Holy Roman Empire to the rise and fall of the Berlin Wall, no other nation has molded Europe the way Germany has - for better or worse.
