►Hi team,

All was fine except the hotel in Coimbra. We booked a 1 night stay at NS Hostel & Suites. Their pictures are really deceiving and the "suite" they gave us did not have air conditioner. When we complained about it we were told no room had air conditioner and that the only thing they could do for us is give us another room, again...with no air conditioner.

Since my wife is asthmatic, we had to leave and headed directly to Fatima booking another night at Luna Fatima Hotel.

Please help us get a refund for that night we did not stay at Coimbra. The front desk lady, with a rude attitude, told us that she would have to speak with her manager.

We are always saddened to hear should any of our customers experience any issue or difficult experiences whilst on vacation. We have a dedicated Post Trip team who work on such cases, and liaise with the supplier and customer accordingly to achieve a positive outcome.
