►All of our hotels were top notch. In Athens we stayed at the Best Western Amazon. This hotel was in the middle of everything and offered free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. In Santorini we stayed at the Cosmopolitan Suites. This is hands down an amazing hotel. From the staff to the view to the accommodations, everything was perfect. They even offer you a cell phone to use while you are there to reach reception in case you have any issues. In Barcelona, we stayed at Alma Barcelona. This too was in the center of town and easy access to restaurants and shopping. The only concern was that no one would tell us the cost of the breakfast, but I guess when you stay in a 5-star hotel, you don't have to worry about how much a breakfast costs.
We did travel on Air Canada Rouge for our trip and our only disappointment was the lack of in flight entertainment available to us for such a long trip.
