►Every hotel we stayed in was excellent. We booked a triple room for 3 people, and all the rooms exceeded our expectations.
The flights on United were Basic Economy, not Economy Plus. The seats were in the back of the plane with minimal leg room, but that may be because we booked our trip fairly close to departure.
Rental car at Hertz: we upgraded to a Volvo V4, or similar. We waited in Frankfurt approx. an hour for an available vehicle. They did not have this car of another European car like it. We ended up with a Ford. Not exactly what we wanted, but it was OK. If I were booking myself, I'd use SIXT next time...low prices, top brands.
Overall, the trip was excellent, and everything worked out very well. The vouchers worked perfectly at each location.
