We flew on Luftansa.... the outbound flight was fine, but, the return flight canceled and we had to connect thru ORD to get home.... the check-in process and ground staff in FRA were NOT helpful or understanding. We paid to have seats together and were given separated seats FRA-ORD. We stayed at Beethoven Hotel in Frankfurt and could NOT be happier!!!! They were friendly, courteous and more than happy to assist in any way needed. Sarah was AMAZING!!! Very good location and the breakfast was wonderful.

The experience was awesome! The hotel were great, the one in Frankfurt, Start Inns neighborhood is a little bit ugly buy the hotel itself was very nice and clean. Tours were great!

Im always recommending trip masters to my friends. I love to travel but most of all I love that I can stay in budget with you guys. Thank you for making my dreams come true. This was my 5th Europe trip. I been to France, Italy, Greece, Germany and United Arab Emirates.

The NH Frankfurt Villa was nice, quaint, and within easy walking distance from the Messe (trade show). The staff were nice helpful. Room service was excellent as well. Flights to and from Germany were good and seemed shorter than they actually were. All in all a great trip!

The team was excellent! Accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure I got on my plane to go to Europe. One day delay, but not the teams fault! Yet, they made possible for me to continue with my trip!
