⚠ Announcement

►The hotels were very good. Transportation went off without a glitch. This was our fourth trip booked through trip master and as always I couldn't be happier. I have recommended trip master to everyone I know.

►Last hotel on the journey (zero box) was gross (dirty). Figuring out Eurail pass was a challenge. Would suggest better direction/ clarity. 2nd hotel on itinerary was far from the action of Lisbon . First hotel was a rebook because original hotel had a fire. That hotel was really nice but it took several phone calls and e-mail to Tripmasters to book an appropriate hotel. First choice given was a hostel. Flight home was a nightmare of delays and missed connections . Iberia only issued one ticket back from Chicago which resulted in multiple phone calls and nearly missing flight leaving Chicago. I had had good experiences with Tripmasters in the past but quality of hotels seems to have gone down. I do appreciate 24/7 support

►This trip exceeded my expectations. Thank you for helping me plan this trip. The trip was amazing and what was very helpful was that all of the hotels were centrally located; therefore, giving me the opportunity to explore beyond the planned activities. The hotels were very clean and the staff was both helpful and friendly.

I want to commend you on your superb customer service. I appreciate being alerted immediately when there were changes with my activities and being provided with options. Also, when I reached out for help, there was always some one who was patient, empathetic and helpful to assist me each time.
