We had no problems with our rental car or any of our hotels. We found everyone to be very friendly and the hotels were all clean and amenities as expected or better. We like the ability to choose from among several hotels when booking a trip and it's great to be all set up so that we don't spend our vacation time shopping for hotels.
This is our second trip through European Destinations and we would definitely consider using you again.
