Trip Summary
2 nights in Edinburgh

Edinburgh has an almost fairy-tale setting and every step is a revelation. Its magnificent architecture shifts from the proud tenements of its medieval Old Town, to the grace and geometric precision of the Georgian New Town. Above it all stands Edinburgh Castle perched high on its volcanic rock looking down on a city where medieval lanes and elegant, sweeping terraces hold over ten centuries of history, mystery, and tradition.

2 nights in Windermere

Situated entirely within in the Lake District National Park, Windermere is the largest natural lake in England. It has been one of the country's most popular places for holidays and summer homes since 1847. For many years, power-boating and water-skiing have been popular activities on the lake. For a panoramic view of the Lakeland, you can climb Orrest Head in less than an hour. Bowness-on-Windermere is the most popular holiday resort, an excellent centre for boating activities.

2 nights in Chester

Founded in the 1st century A.D by a Roman legion, Chester is one of the most interesting medieval cities in England. It is also one of the best-preserved walled cities in the country having 3km (2 miles) of fortified city walls intact. One of the attractions is the Grosvenor Museum, which contains exhibitions about the city's Roman past and a reconsturcted Georgian house. Numerous pubs and wine bars populate the city, some of which are medieval, and Chester also has some night-clubs.

2 nights in London

London offers everything! Iconic landmarks, centuries of history, world-class shopping and achingly cool fashion, arts and food scenes. A 40-minute walk along the South Bank will take you past Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye, Tate Modern, Shakespeare`s Globe, St Paul`s Cathedral and Tower Bridge. There are eight Royal Parks to explore, and over 300 museums and galleries. It is home to 60 Michelin starred restaurants and fantastic street food. The evenings offer from high-end nightclubs of Chelsea and Mayfair to cool clubs in Soho and Camden. As for theatre, London`s legendary West End boasts over 40 world-class theatres.

Recommended Stay: At least 3 nights
Must See`s:
Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, Trafalgar Square, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, the British Museum, Piccadilly Circus and so much more!

England

England remains one of the most popular destinations in the world for international travel. Millions of people each year are drawn to the frenetic charm of London, the historical attractions of places such as Salisbury, York and Chester, and the rural splendor of the Lake District. Then there is the traditional England of rolling green fields, quaint villages and tweed-wearing locals. Not to mention the English football teams have more fans who live abroad than they do in their home towns while London remains one of the leading international centers of commerce and culture.
Scotland

Scotland's landscape is dotted with dramatic fairy-tale castles, ruined abbeys, fascinating historic cities and picturesque villages. Edinburgh, its capital, is widely considered to be one of the most charming cities on Earth. To the west, Glasgow has grown into one of Europe's most exciting cities for culture and recreation. Inverness and Aberdeen give access to trekking across the hills of the lowlands or the rocky peaks of the Highlands and islands. But whether on the low or the high road, there's plenty to see and do in one of the world's most accessible and civilized wildernesses.
