►Upset that our flight from Edinburgh to Cardiff on FlyBe came with a $40 pound ($54 US) charge for checked bag. AND it was only a 1 hour flight. Feel we should have been notified of this prior to trip! Also, transAtlantic flights were very cramped seating

Our Observations:
Baggage fees for regional flights between European countries are, sadly, becoming an industry standard, much as they have in the US between states. Baggage allowance does vary between airline carriers. We have noted it on our vouchers, but we understand how, with all of the travel paperwork, this detail might be easily overlooked:
