►We have been using your service for more than 15 years, but a few of the recent vacations purchased hit a number of issues that put some stress on supposedly relaxing vacation. The most recent is the Croatia trip 1) Transfer trips between city was a mess. We had to take care of purchasing services for our baggage. 2) the hotel in Dubrovnik was not properly described on your site. We had a person in our party that has difficulty with stairs but hotel didn't provide such details. Nobody was there to help us get in our apartment. We were soaking wet in the rain trying to find the property and the instructions to get access. They claim that you did not provide our email to them. I emailed them but they did not reply. On the day of checkout we were surprised that a man went in the property to send us out. Where is the privacy! Unacceptable!

►I love booking my vacations thru tripmasters. They are very helpful and I feel the deals are much better than going thru airline websites and hotel websites separately. I definitely recommend tripmasters to people when they are looking to book their vacations.

►We spent three night in split and stayed at Slavija Hotel within the palace walls. Great location, but can be a bit tricky to find as the 1,700 year old streets are not grid like :) You can see the city center in one day and recommend doing a walking tour to hear the history of the city. We did a day trip to 5 islands and were supposed to go to the Blue Cave but it was closed due to weather. If you want to see this, go before middle of October. We did a day trip to Plitvice and that was so beautiful. I would recommend 3-4 nights in Split. We then took the smallest plane I've ever been on to Dubrovnik, so be aware if you are nervous about flying i recommend the ferry instead.

In Dubrovnik the hotel we booked closed early for the season so TripMasters changed us to Hotel Argosy. Beautiful hotel outside the city center, but we booked it for the view. There is a bus station a few minutes walk to take one into town for $6 round trip. The city center can be done in one day as well. I would recommend 2-3 nights in this city - depending on what you want to do outside the city. We did a day trip to Mostar, Bosnia and that was quite the change from Croatia.

I would highly recommend Croatia as a destination. Clean cities and i felt safe the entire time. I was pleasantly surprised that everyone speaks very good English and menus, signs, and other things throughout the city are in English too. People are very nice and friendly.

►Very happy with the Air Canada flight - got economy premium for no additional charge.
Hotel in split, Divota Apt., has great breakfast, but my room was extremely small, even though it has everything. It was a 4 star accommodation but the standard room was only about 120 sq. ft.

Overall, we are happy with the travel arrangement.
