The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Towels and bed linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included for stays of 7 or more nights. Guests may bring their own towels and bed linens or pay a fee for use during their stay. This property’s service fee may apply as an end-of-stay cleaning fee if guests choose not to clean the accommodation prior to check-out. Towels, bed linens, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the room rate for stays of 1-6 nights. The housekeeping fee will apply for additional cleaning service or towels/linens exchange on request. Reception hours are 9-11 AM and 4-7 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 300.00 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 1.32 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for to-go breakfast: approximately EUR 10 for adults and EUR 5.50 for children
• Pet fee: EUR 12 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Early check-in fee: EUR 75 (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping is available for an additional fee and varies based on length of stay and unit size
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 16 (or guests may bring their own)
• Towels fee: EUR 12 (or guests may bring their own)
