►The booking process was easy and I was able to build the trip I wanted.
The app with my customized travel itinerary was great to have. The alerts were timely.
The Andersen hotel in Copenhagen was great - accommodations, staff, location - all fantastic.
Swiss Air and Brussels Airlines both had good entertainment and food options for the flights. Flight staff was also nice.

►Website was easy to use. Emails and phone calls handled efficiently and productively. We do not have any complaints with European Destinations. Everything was handled and made traveling easy and enjoyable.
One note, The Husa President Park hotel was nicely kept, but quite a bit out of the way from any cultural/local aspects of Brussels. It was more like a tour bus hub. Being that we weren't on a set tour, this was not ideal hotel placement for us. Perhaps noting this for guests somehow before they book so they know they're in a business area and not around any restaurants or activties.
