►We found the information that was sent to us for our trip was left incomplete. A little detailed information along with tickets and such would have been nice. Such as when their are multiple train stations in a city it sure would be nice to know which one our tickets are for. So an address accompanying the tickets would have been grand and would have relieved some worry and tension on our vacation. When the train ended and we had to take a bus for our next leg of the journey it sure would have been good to know where the bus or bus station was located to complete the rest of our trip. What may seem like minor details to you sure would help your customers especially if they are traveling to a foreign country for the first time. We were very disappointed with a few of the hotels you highly recommended as well. They were places we NEVER in a million years would have stayed at. In fact I don't even believe the pictures that were on the internet were even of the hotel you were recommending. So no we were not very happy and it sure put a damper on what should have been a wonderful anniversary trip. Would we use you again to book another trip, highly unlikely!!
