VILNIUS - HOTEL ZONES

Old Town

Vilnius` Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its historic relevance, spectacular architecture, and originality. This area is a must-see of the city to get an understanding of what Lithuanian culture is all about. The Town Hall square, is the hub located in the center of the Old Town. You will also find several churches and beautiful architecture throughout the area. Staying this area will also allow you to be in the heart of the points of interest and you can easily reach everything by foot. You will be close by to shopping, restaurants, bars and top attractions.

Žverynas

Žverynas is the most exclusive area of the city where you`ll find many private houses and plentiful green spaces. It is located right next to the center of Vilnius making it very convenient for visitors to be close to the action, but away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a quiet night of sleep. Also, the most popular park in the city, Vingio Parkas, sits right next to Žverynas.

Užupis

Užupis offers a unique experience, offering a more eccentric way of life. This area was declared an independent state by the local artists and even has its own constitution which hangs in the main street of Uzupis. Come to this neighborhood to enjoy some incredible cuisine, experience the bohemian life, and take in the beautiful art culture.

Outskirts

Staying in the outskirts of Vilnius is also a great option and may be a better way to get the most out of a limited budget, provided your plans are a bit more flexible. Depending on the location of your hotel, you may have to take a bus or taxi to reach the conveniences of the city center. Staying away from the city center offers rivers and forests, perfect for long evening walks. We recommend to double check the location of the hotel; some are just a short walk away from the city center and will be near a bus stop. You will want to account for travel time.
