ROUEN - HOTEL ZONES

City Center

The city’s beautiful Old Town has lots of character, cobblestone streets and colorful half-timbered houses. Because it's an ancient Medieval quarter, you’ll mostly find charming boutique hotels. Most hotels retain the charming timber exterior but have refreshingly modern interiors. Don’t expect huge rooms, since space is limited, but you’ll find lots of cozy, comfortable options.

Outskirts

Staying in Rouen’s outskirts will allow visitors a quieter option to the bustling city center with many hotels and other accommodations on offer. The city has options for some public transportation allowing visitors who stay in the outskirts, however it is best to have a car. The outskirts have a great variety of accommodations and also offer some great restaurants, bars, and shops to explore. Access to many of the city's historic, cultural attractions and other sightseeing opportunities are within close proximity when staying here.
