Our Observations:

We have worked really hard to provide a really interactive booking process. We have a lot of different tools on our site that can really help ensure that you have a fantastic trip!

We offer accommodations that range from 3 to 5 stars. We also limit the number of hotels we sell so that most of them are basically central and in the city for major cities. Our clients are also able to book their hotels based on the neighborhood it is located. They can also use other filters such as ratings, stars, price, and location. We also have a map when you are in the hotel selection phase of the booking process. Our clients can click on the map and this will come up with the hotels available in that city. Our clients can filter there again and even pick the hotel you want based off of proximity to one of the points of interest.

We also have a number of hotels that we have listed as recommended hotels, which all score above 85 on TrustYou. Travelers who take advantage of being able to select their own hotels have the opportunity to select whether they would prefer Room Only (cheaper option) or Bed and Breakfast. At this screen, Travelers are also able to upgrade the type of the room they would prefer to stay in. Of course, some properties do not have the ability to provide different options if they don't have the room types available. We do understand how important choosing the right hotel may be!

►Our trip was fantastic!! Besides our checked bag getting lost by our flight on the way there and the hotels being mediocre, we really enjoyed it. We would definitely think about using Tripmasters again, but make sure to do much more extensive research on the hotels! Thanks!

Our Observations:

We recommend for our customers to book one of our 'favorite' properties. They all score 85 and above on the site Trustyou. Our "Favorites" hotels list is determined by a score from customer reviews and our team, based on location, rating and value.

►Most everything was great. We did not have any troubles with our bookings. We were disappointed with at least one of the rooms at the Royal Hotel Cardiff. The rooms were extremely small, one in particular, and that room, as well as the other was extremely warm and the air conditioning did not work well, if at all.

We did bring that up to the reception staff who said they would send maintenance to check and fix it. We noticed no difference in the room's a/c.

All that said, we were in Cardiff during the hottest days of the year and our rooms were on the top floor of the building. We probably should have asked for a different room but since we were there for only 3 nights and spent little time in the room we did not.

Also, the breakfast there was wonderful as was the breakfast staff. The front desk staff was helpful but were probably the least friendly of all the hotels.

We found the people at the reception breakfast staff at the Hotel Lisboa to be wonderful. We especially enjoyed the transport drivers in Barcelona and the day tour we booked of Toledo had a wonderful guide. On the other side of the coin, we found Vuelling Airline to be wanting. As an example, they continued to insist that our flights were on time, even after the departure time passed without passengers boarding the plane.

We are extremely pleased with our experiences with Tripmasters and we will (and already have) recommend your company.
