►The flights were just perfect. Not so thrilled with the Ashburn in London as the reviews indicated. It is a great location and the room was nice and clean but the heating/cooling was not quite right/the continental breakfast room was very small and so the room felt very crowded as one ate, and as it indicated the hotel had a bar they really did not have a bar tender that knew anything and we never saw anyone in the bar because it was really just there, we felt as show. All the transportation arranged worked perfectly and the second hotel in London, The Arch, was 5 star and it was the nicest hotel we had ever been in. The customer service was great and there were so many nice touches. The restaurant and the bar were great, and the continental breakfast there was outstanding, even including smoked salmon! It was a great location and from the cups of chai tea as we checked in, to their getting our room ready before 3 check-in. The room was beautiful, comfortable with an amazing shower and free soft drinks and juices in the mini-bar and a nespesso machine in the room. A great way to end our trip.
