►Very disappointed with Capital Hotel. We were in a room with 2 single beds and they made no effort to gove us a room with one bed. Very uncomfortable stay. Will never stay there again.

Our Observations:

Bedding (number of beds in room and size of beds) is not guaranteed and subject to hotel availability at time of check in. Reservations confirmed as twin rooms will generally include 2 twin size beds and will accommodate a maximum of 2 adults. Reservations confirmed as double rooms will generally include 1 double size (matrimonial) bed and will accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.

►I booked hotels, sightseeing tours, trains, plane tickets everything and all went fine, there was one hotel which was really not good, which was residence ambient which was more like a one star accommodation, even for breakfast needed to get out of the "hotel" to walk to another hotel from same chain which do have kitchen and looked a lot better, but besides that and that the application was not working properly off line specially when needed directions to go to the suggested places, but after that all was marvelous. Many thanks and be sure I will continue using your services.

Our Observations:

The star rating system itself is developed by each country. A 3 star hotel you would find in the US and in Europe would show some distinct variables. This is why we like to use the site TrustYou, to determine how hotels may be viewed by all types of travelers.
We suggest for our customers to book one of our Recommended properties as they generally offer a higher standard of accommodation. Our Recommended properties are typically scored at an 85 or above on the site Trustyou, determined by a score from customer reviews and our team, based on location, rating and value. That said, we do track all of our customers` comments in order to better the products and services that we offer.
Our mobile app is a new service that we have added for our customers to make their travel experience abroad more interactive, as well as helpful and easily accessible with the necessary information. We do realize that there is always room for improvement, and appreciate all of our customers` feedback notes.

►Hotels were clearly three star. All three hotels although clean and in good locations, where in questionable locations.

We missed the transfer between Paris and Sofia, because he plane took off late from Atlanta. Our bags were went MIA after Bucharest (should receive them tomorrow). Seems like the international transfers were a little to tight.

We paid for a piece of luggage in the Sofia to Belgrade transfer (cost $35euros). Additionally, We paid for a piece of luggage in Belgrade for the transfer to Bucharest (cost $35euros). So, paying for luggage was a unpleasant surprise which cost us an additional $70 euros.

Most of the involuntary flight interruptions or delays are unforeseen and not notified/confirmed until the last moment. Airlines are obligated to accommodate their passengers according to the availability, however, this is not always a comfortable situation and the possible solutions might not suit to all travelers.
