►The Comfort Inn Buckingham was an excellent location. Close to Victoria Coach, and all trains. Also within walking to many major attractions. Highly recommend this location or its convenience to many restaurants and shops also.

Hilton Bath City was an affordable, convenient location to the sights of Bath. The Royal Crescent, Pulteney Bridge, the Circus, and Roman Baths were all a short walk away. Restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shops all around. Great accommodations!

Holiday Inn Express Southwark was ideal for access to Tate Modern, the River Thames tours, Shakespeare?s Globe Theatre, and the Borough Market. Nice accommodations, affordable.

►Alert customers of hotels with no air conditioning in the rooms. Sometimes the details of a hotel state air conditioning but it seems it may refer to only common areas.

Travel Tip -

Did you know AC is uncommon in most of Europe, and especially in northern Europe? Older hotels do not often have AC at all and those who do only run it in late summer months. It is usually centrally regulated which means adjustments cannot be made in-room. We do our best to provide as accurate information as pertinent to our clients travel and hotel choices. We always recommend talking with hotel management if comfort or health is an issue.

►Better coordination with hotels. Our first hotel couldn't find any record of our reservation. I had to present proof of our reservation. Also, the same hotel was under construction. There was no elevator from the ground floor. We had to take stairs to 1st floor and then take elevator to 5th floor. The breakfast buffet was great, but that is the only meal served at the hotel. We were under the impression there was a restaurant located within the hotel.

►Overall, what you offer is excellent! There were one or two railroad transportation links not available (although easily gotten on my own), and hotel information did not always include room sizes and some other details usually providedvby booking.com and othr similar sites. I have used your Website extensively and still wish I could change the number of days per location when I'm in the early stages of planning, rather than having to start over after continuing into where your system begins processing my initial request.

Our Observations:

We have worked really hard to provide a really interactive booking process. We have a lot of different tools on our site that can really help ensure that you have a fantastic trip!
We offer accommodations that range from 3 to 5 stars. We also limit the number of hotels we sell so that most of them are basically central and in the city for major cities. Our clients are also able to book their hotels based on the neighborhood it is located. They can also use other filters such as ratings, stars, price, and location. We also have a map when you are in the hotel selection phase of the booking process. Our clients can click on the map and this will come up with the hotels available in that city. Our clients can filter there again and even pick the hotel you want based off of proximity to one of the points of interest.
We also have a number of hotels that we have listed as recommended hotels, which all score above 85 on TrustYou. Travelers who take advantage of being able to select their own hotels have the opportunity to select whether they would prefer Room Only (cheaper option) or Bed and Breakfast. At this screen, Travelers are also able to upgrade the type of the room they would prefer to stay in. Of course, some properties do not have the ability to provide different options if they don't have the room types available.
