Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email within 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. The reservation confirmation is valid for the use of public transport (2nd class) from EuroAirport or from the Basel rail stations (zones 10 and 13/EuroAirport) to the hotel on the day of arrival.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• A tax is imposed by the city: CHF 4.20 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: approximately CHF 22 for adults and CHF 15 for children
• Self parking fee: CHF 15 per night
• A late check-out fee will be charged
