Everything we booked through Trip Masters was fantastic and truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Our departing flight was delayed and rerouted which meant we would miss our transportation that was scheduled at our destination. Trip Masters is so easy to communicate with. I spoke with them on the phone and by using their online chat. They made sure that we still had transportation waiting for us at our destination. Our hotel was great and the activities we booked were simply wonderful. We LOVE using Trip Masters and will NEVER use a different travel service. Thank you for a wonderful, wonderful trip!
