►The whole trip was awesome! The TGH Gran in Madrid where we stayed was really convenient and accessible to cafes and center for sightseeing. We can easily take the Metro at Gran Via and travel like a locale. When we move to Barcelona, we took the Iryo train and it was so comfortable. We had a great time in Barcelona. The staff at Four points by Sheraton was really nice and friendly. The hotel location is also convenient. We can take a tram to Sagrada de Familia and take Metro lines to see the Gothic Quarter. Thank you for this wonderful experience! One hiccup was the flight back home because our bags were delayed and delivered damaged. We have to go to TSA twice at Philadelphia, from international entry then again to take the domestic flight. In previous trips, we only have to pass security once.

►The hotel were amazing, beautiful and clean staff were friendly and helpful. The transportation to the hotel from the airport was good it took us a while to locate the driver. But once we located the driver he was very helpful and the car was cleaned. The transportation from the hotel to the airport was a mess. We called to confirm our pick up time and was took our pickup time would be 5:40pm we inform them that our departure time was 6:40pm and our hotel was 30 minute away without traffic that was not enough time, They told us we should have review our departure time and that they would not be able to help us. We had to call a taxi to get us to the airport in order to make our flight home. We would like a refund of the transportation from the hotel to the airport since we had to a paid for taxi.
