COUNTY LIMERICK - GETTING THERE

County Limerick is only 15 miles from Shannon International Airport with flights to the US and Europe daily. The airport also has the convenience of US immigration inspection facilities in-house, prior to departure. Good road connections across the county to the rest of Ireland make Limerick easily accessible. From Shannon Airport there are frequent bus services to Limerick.

Iarnrod Eireann (Irish Rail) runs main line trains from Limerick to Dublin and Cork daily. The journey from Dublin Heuston Rail Station to Limerick Colbert Station is an average of 2 hours and 40 minutes. Some train routes to Limerick require a change in Limerick Junction.
