IBIZA - SANTA EULALIA


Santa Eulalia is the third largest resort in Ibiza, located on the east coast of the island and is one of the more popular resorts for families, who don't want to bump into the club lovers. You won't find any nightclubs here, just a charming and tranquil resort with a beautiful beach and an excellent choice of restaurants and accommodation. Located 9 miles from Ibiza Town, Santa Eularia is far enough away to deter the clubbers, but near enough to Ibiza airport to make it easily accessible for those heading there. Santa Eularia is also a region full of culture and history - you can explore the charming old town or barter in Ibiza's infamous hippy markets.

Santa Eulalia is established as one of the island's cultural and gastronomic centers, with art galleries, artisan shops, interesting monuments and architectural attractions, and a history in gastronomy. The main street of Calle San Jaime is located next to this street is the town's main square, which is brimming with flowers, and here you will find interesting arts and crafts vendors, here is also located the historic town hall building. Across the square is the Paseo (Promenade), with views to the beach. This is a charming promenade that leads along the sandy beach; perfect for an evening stroll, before your aperitif and seafood dinner.

The yacht marina is home to some of the island's best restaurants and some incredible yachts are moored here, a great people watching spot. There are also some lovely boutiques and shops to shop or browse.
There is a beautiful, palm-lined promenade running the length of the broad and sandy beach and some excellent self-catering apartments in and around the town itself.

Old Town:

Santa Eularia offers a neat and compact little town center that is an enjoyable place to stroll around. The main attraction is the dainty white washed church built on top of the hilltop.

Beaches:

Santa Eularia is surrounded by some of Ibiza's best beaches and is a great place to enjoy safe, seaside fun, get into some water sports or discover some hidden coves. The main beach in the town has plenty of activities and is always buzzing with people. For more aesthetically pleasing options rent a car and explore cute little bays like Cala Llenya and Cala Mastella.

Nightlife:

You won't find crazy all night parties in Santa Eularia, but it does offer great selection of bars and restaurants. Heading back towards the old town Calle San Vicente is the best spot to get a good meal before enjoying an after dinner drink in one of the numerous choices down Calle San Jaime.
