We booked a trip to verona & venice. Veronas hotel milano was excellent, very updated & modern. The morning breakfast was a great spread. Both hotels were in great locations. We had no problems with reservations. We had a great trip & would recommend you to others & use your site again. When we called your customer service the lady was very helpful.

Your company is top notch!! Your email beat me to the punch as I was going to write you an email/letter upon my return last Sunday from the trip to Italy I booked through your firm. I don`t have the time to write fan letters, but your company has been an excellent find. As professor of business studies your firnm is also quite an intriquing business model. Great use of the Internet by letting customers design their travel package online. Very clever and helpful with the pre-trip email reminder and this follow-up email. Kudos!!! My vouchers were delivered in a timely manner as promised and all three hotels were ready and waiting for my girlfriend and me. Train seats were fine and departure/arrival times worked well. Your seat selection for us on the flights was excelllent. The trip was virtually problem free. How could I have asked for more? Superb value. I`m a frequent and experienced traveller. I look forward to using your services again and will heartily endorse you to my family and friends. I really like being able to one-stop shop and plan a trip online. It was the BEST!! We received all our train tickets as told and our return voucher to the airport. I chose from your list of hotel upgrades that I felt would be pleasant & near the train stations. Everything went perfect and the hotel personnel spoke some English and were quite helpful.
