Everything was absolutely superb! In fact, I was pleasantly surprised that the entire trip went off without a hitch. From the departing flights, the connections, the pick-ups at the airport and hotels....just great! Cars in Madrid were nicer than those in Barcelona but Hotel in Barcelona was nicer than the one in Madrid. European Destinations did an exceptional job and I`ve already referred you to friends. I`ll surely be using you again for future travel planning in the European region.

We were very pleased with the ease of European Destinations. We only booked our flight and hotels.

The flight was with American. Surpisingly enough, it was a very nice flight both ways. Everything was on-time or early, which was a treat.

We stayed at Hotel Liabeny in Madrid. It was comfortable and in a pretty decent location. We have no real complaints.

We stayed at the trendy Hotel Pulitzer in Barcenlona. We enjoyed the location very much! Metro stop around the corner, Gothic Qtr just a quick 10 minute walk. Everyone was very helpful at the hotel. We would definately stay here again.

Overall, all the accomodations were comfortable for us. We have no complaints at all. Again, we enjoyed the ability to mix and match a variety of hotels and destinations. We would use your services again!

We enjoyed our trip very much. As usual your company provided good service. All connections were as listed in our package--no hang ups. As to hotels, the Rafael in Madrid was very good. The Paral-lel in Barcelona only adequate. All in all, we were pleased with everything you provided in the trip package and would use European Destinations again.

The flights and hotels offered in the package were just great. We stayed on the major street in downtown Madrid, very close to a Metro stop (runs to and from the airport, too). The Tryp Washington people were very helpful, the room was very clean and quiet. They put us in an interior room for quiet (with a window into an interior courtyard, which was great to cool things off). We were walking distance to everything in the old center of Madrid. SpanAir to Barcelona is a commuter flight; slight delay, but a good deal. In Barcelona, we stayed in the Guillermo Tell out in a neighborhood a bit north of Las Ramblas. Again, we were near a Metro stop so we had easy access to the aerobus to the airport, to the central station and all the mass-transit line. We ate in nearby restaurants. Again, the staff was helpful and the place quiet and clean.

We used this company once before and had a similarly great experience. We would recommend them. Price was terrific (hotel room and flight less than any flight we could get). We`ve also had booking agents who knew the places we were considering and could help with specifics (do you want to party all night or get some sleep? do you want expensive trendy restaurants for tourists or good local cuisine? do you want to shop or see museums?).

If you don`t have a great time, it`s almost surely your own fault If you`re American, expect better service than you get in the USA. If you will be polite--like recognizing that they like it their way, and that you are in Spanish first territory even though they all speak English and will be glad to try to thelp you--you`ll have a great time on this trip with this company.
