Our vacation was great! All hotels and trains were set up precisely as ordered. Paperwork was received in a timely fashion and all correct. You company did a fabulous job with our itinerary, there were no complications. This was a 10 day trip to four countries. was a great way to see each country and decide if you would like to revisit. By setting up tours before leaving the country we were able to take in all the sites. I would highly recommend having all your tours in place before leaving. The Total London Experience Tour was fantastic. It took approximately 11-12 hrs in one day but was exceptional and with a great tour guide. Scotland is beautiful and the people are extremely friendly, we took a mini bus tour where you can hop on and off for 2 days at any point of interest. The Balmoral was a wonderful place to stay. The food is different in Scotland, and can take time to acquire a taste. I would definitely visit Scotland again. London was fantastic, the people and the food were great. This is a must see for the traveler. The hotel, The Jury?s Great Russell, fabulous. All the amenities but in a casual atmosphere and in a great location. Definite place to go back and stay a few more days. Paris, The hotel Castile, wonderful with friendly people. This is a bit more upscale, but was in a great part of the city. You have to try the club sandwich at the Castile, absolutely the best ever! Take the mini tour bus for 2 days where you can hop on and off at your leisure. You could never walk and see all the beauty of the city. We also arranged beforehand a dinner at the Eiffel Tower followed by a river cruise. A must while you are there. Paris is the most beautiful city I have ever witnessed. I would go back again and spend more days. Rome- the hotel Colonna Palace was in an excellent location to all sites and the staff was friendly. Make sure to have tours set up before leaving as you could not take in all the sites. We would not recommend or go back to Rome as the people are not friendly and we found them to be rude. We made the best of it and saw the sites, Vatican City, Spanish steps etc, they are beautiful and we are glad for the memories. Thank you and your staff as all our hotels, etc were without a hitch. Everything ran smoothly.
