Everything went like clockwork. All drivers were punctual and professional. The hotels which we upgraded, were more than adequate. The trip was wonderful. First, let me thank Hugo Aguilera for the time he spent with me coordinating the trip. The land trip went very well. Prague: Arrived at the airport and someone was already waiting for us, very helpful with the luggage and waiting for us to use the toilettes. Arrived at K K Central Hotel. A beautiful hotel, very confortable and roomy rooms. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the service. First class treatment and stay.
Salzburg: Our driver was waiting for us at the train station, again, helped with the luggage and took us to the hotel....The view from the room was beautiful. Breakfast was also excellent. A big flaw is the very small reception area is also the bar area.

Marcus, the driver, took us to the train station, and as I requested assistance finding a porter to help w/ the luggage, he called someone who waited for us at the station to help us!
Vienna: Again, transportation to the hotel was good. Hotel AM Konzerthous was beautiful, a bit far/walking distance, but not a problem. The concierge, Michael, was great, as well as the person helping us with the luggage. Breakfast excellent. The driver took us to the train station and guided us to get help with the luggage. Excellent attention by the porters and supervisors at the station.
Budapest: We got a porter, the driver was waiting for us even though the train was delayed one hour. The Marriot, with a view of the Danube and the Castle coud have not been better. This top all other hotels for breakfast and view! So centrally located! Our driver was on time at 3:40am to take us to the airport.
The whole trip was great, service and breakfasts were excellent, the drivers always on time, the trains also excellent. Kudos to youcompany! Thank you for a wonderful trip. I will recommend using your services w/o hesitation.

My husband and I traveled from Boston, MA to Prague, Czech Republic - Salzburg, Austria - Vienna, Austria and Budapest, Hungary. The entire trip was flawless - thanks to European Destinations and April Stiles (Booking Agent).

This is our second booking with European Destinations and I would recommend them to everyone planning a trip to Europe. The hotels booked were very nice hotels (3+ star by USA standards) and the hotel staff was terrific and extremely helpful. (Hotel Caesar Palace in Prague - NH Salzburg in Salzburg - Hotel Stephanie in Vienna - Carlton Hotel in Budapest). Breakfast was provided in all hotels as part of our stay and was a nice start to each morning.

We traveled to each city by train. The train stations were easy to navigate and well marked with either pictures (taxi) and/or in English. If you are an older traveler - I would recommend first class travel as it is less crowded and easier to get luggage on/off the trains as there isn`t a lot of time due to quick turn around schedules.

We did not schedule any transfers to and from the hotels, airport, train stations on this trip and found getting a taxi an easier and quicker way to get around. Just ask the price prior to getting in (we had the name and address of our hotels on a paper in the event that the driver did not speak English). We found the prices to be comparable with purchasing a transfer - which we did on our first trip and found it difficult/stressful to try to locate our driver/shuttle. Taxi`s are abundant and easier (our opinion).

We did not schedule any tours/activities through European Destinations and, as in the past, found it easier to use the Hop On/Hop Off buses or city trams. You can purchase your tickets on the buses or at tram stops - so it is quite easy. I am not a fan of the metro (underground) so we stayed away from that mode of getting around.

We had a fantastic trip! Hotel Pachtuv Palace in Prague was excellent. Superb location, wonderful room, great staff. Would highly recommend.
Hotel Cordial Theaterhotel in Salzburg has a great location. Very good breakfast.
Hotel Austria Trend Schloss Wilhelminenberg in Vienna, we ended up upgrading our room to something more satisfactory. The dining room and dinner was lovely. Good food, also a good breakfast.
Alpha Hotel in Vienna was very nice, modern hotel. Good location.
NH Budapest Hotel in Budapest was also very nice, modern hotel.
Hotel City Inn Westminster in London, very nice, modern hotel. Great location for sight seeing.
As for the transfers we had no problem with any of the trains you booked for us. All the transfers you arranged were great. On time. No problems.
Your website is very easy to use and very informative. You have a great service which we will use again.
