I booked a trip for my husband and I to Lisbon then Madrid through ED. The trip was great. The process was simple and we couldn`t have been happier. The Real Palacio in Lisbon had an amazing staff! The hotel was very nice, but the staff made the stay. The Hotel Moderno in Madrid was average. Clean, centrally located. All flights were status quo.

I wanted to thank you again for all your help when we were planning our travel to Europe. Every part of our trip went smoothly--all the flights and both hotels--and people everywhere made our travel and visits even more pleasant. For example, the representative at Iberia who checked us in gave us exit-row seating, without us even asking for it, because she noticed our tall height. The people working the desk and the phones at the Real Palacio in Lisbon were friendly and helpful every single time we had a question or a transaction.

Ya`ll did a great job. This was our third trip to Europe, and first time to Portugal and Spain. All arrangements were as expected. Aside from a few rude passengers and the usual tight quarters, flights were uneventful. It was our first flight on Air Portugal, and I would rate them the best airline I`ve ever flown on. Both hotels were great locations, clean and very accomodating.

We did 2 bookings for a Lisbon-Madrid vacation for my family and my parents. It was easy to make hotel/flight selections on-line, but since we were booking multiple rooms, we called and spoke with an agent (Sara). The process was also very quick and efficient. Upon completion we received e-mail confirmations and a Travel Voucher which had all of the necessary information we needed in an easy to print PDF.

The hotels that we selected were exactly as described in the listings. We read user reviews to make sure that the hotels fit our needs, which they did.

We will definitely be using this website for our next vacation.
