The flight from Munich to Nice was wonderful. Check-in at Le Meridien was stress free. The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. As an example, my husband`s suitcase was damaged during flight and he called down to the front desk asking for a tool from maintenance - he was going to attempt to fix the issue himself. The front desk informed him that someone would be to our room shortly. Even though there was a language barrier, the young man was able to get the gist of what my husband needed. He took the bag with him and returned it better than it was before (he even fixed a problem that was present inside the bag)!!!
The daily breakfast far exceeded our expectations, the room was immaculate, the location is ideal (right on the Promenade des Anglaise).
Your website is very user friendly. Updates were sent to us periodically and a final reminder email with all of our flight and hotel information was sent to us a week before our departure. The one time we had a question and had to phone, the operator was very friendly and informative and answered all our questions and waylaid any/all concerns.
I want to thank you again being such a large part of our WONDERFUL honeymoon.

OUR HOTEL BRICE IN NICE WAS GREAT. THE LOCATION WAS GOOD, AND THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP US IN EVERY WAY. WE ENJOYED HAVING A COMPUTER TO CHECK E-MAIL
AND KEEP IN TOUCH WITH HOME. EVERY THING WENT WELL, AND I WOULD USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.
