The trip to Europe involving five cities, three train rides and three flights all went without any problems at all. The scheduling was like clock work and the information supplied was informative and helpful. My hotel choices were superb and no complaints due to your website. The KLM and Air France (both Delta) oversea flights were outstanding. Thankfully, I never once had to contact the agency due to any problems and/or conflicts.
