Everything was fine... I would`ve kept my original choice in Alicante (Melia Alicante) but because it was `non-refundable` was given the option to change but the Castilla Hotel is a 20 minute bus ride to Alicante so I always prefer to stay in the center of things so that going out at night isn`t a hazard but it ended up okay since we fell in love with Playa San Juan where the Castilla Hotel is...and the hotel staff was extremely nice...

The Barcelona Universal was perfect... beautiful and clean and a short distance from where all the action is... loved it!

All of the ground transportation was perfect...all arrivals were timely...

All the flights were good as well..

Navigating the webite is simple to use which makes for an extremely pleasant experience. One suggestion: if you folks could send updates to your clients about vacationspecials, that would be ideal...

Working with Rizalinda Barras is a complete joy... she is so accommodating and interactive... This was my 2nd year working with Rizalinda and I came back to European Destinations because of her and I will again come back in 2012 because you folks do a great job!

Thank you Rizalinda and thank you European Destinations...can`t wait for my next trip.
