I would highly recommend your company. Setting up the trip on-line was interesting and easy. Traveling modes and hotel options were valuable. On-line ticketing and vouchers were easily done and accurate. Airlines, car rentals, and hotels were what they said they were and vouchers worked like a charm...most times I just needed to give me name, things went so smoothly. The hotels in Venice and Florence were both great. They had friendly staffs, great locations, comfortable accommodations and adequate breakfasts.

Our hotels in Venice and Florence were perfect. The location, rooms and staff were exceptional. Train reservations were just as expected, and we will take first class from now on (we are both over 6` tall so it is more comfortable).

The web site was excellent and I have referred several of my co-workers to it to plan their trips, to Spain, Greece and Italy. We will use it again to plan our trip to Scottland and Ireland next year. I liked the selection of hotels and other options available to us, and the hotels I picked happened to be perfect. Your web site made planning the trip easy and even enjoyable. Trips I`ve planned in the past, pre-internet, were done with the OAG and hotel guides -- quite challenging.

I work for a hotel company and had a company rate for part of our trip, so had to call to set up our trip so our air schedule would accommodate it. The person I spoke with on the phone was just as helpful and patient as your web site was and I really like that I could look at our itinerary details each time she made a change by refreshing my browser. That made planning everything and making changes easy.

As for our our hotels, I would like to say that in Venice, the Palazzo Priuli (sometimes referred to as Ca` Priuli) and in Florence, the Hotel Paris, were excellent. Their location, rooms and staff were perfect. We have referred others to them and will stay in them again the next time we are in either city.

The trip was wonderful and went very smoothly. The paperwork you provided for the airlines, train, hotels was well organized. Everything arrived on time. I would recommend your site to others.
We stayed at the Mabapa in Venice on the island of Lido. It was great, nice staff, good food, beautiful breakfst room and outside dining area.
Then we stayed at the Hotel Gioconda in Florence.
The bathroom was new and spacious, the room was clean, the location was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was adequate.
We loved taking the train from Venice to Florence and would recommend. Thanks again.
