Our trip was perfect. The locations of the hotels and their cleanliness and friendly staff made the vacation special. The staff person who helped finalize the details of our trip was very helpful in recommending hotels that were near the train stations and also near our various tour meeting spots. She also corrected the one error in the time of one of our selected tours promptly. I would definetely use this service again. WOW!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th aniverssary in Italy, All Hotels were fantastic, specially the Italian ones, IQ in Rome was great, L`Orologio in Florence was expectacular, Ruzzini Palace in Venice was great, in the Italian hotels they greeted us every morning and evening, the breakfast included was very good, specially the capuccino`s. All train arrangements work perfect, and the long 9 hours on the plane were diminished by the entertainment provided by Alitalia. For the price that we paid, definatelly I will book again another trip.

We had a very good trip. The accommodations were very good and matched the descriptions given on your website. The staff in all 4 hotels were friendly and helpful. I would recommend these hotels to others. We especially enjoyed the Hotel Albani Firenze in Florence.

The driver met us at the airport in Rome just as was described and got us to our hotel. The Vatican tour and the day trip to Siena and San Gimignano were excellent. The tour guides were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable.

Using your website to make these arrangements was very easy and the responses we got from phone calls or emails were always prompt and helpful.

I wrote an email several days ago telling you (customer service) how wonderful our trip to Italy was
due to Joane Ramsey`s excellent advice and diligence. She arranged our air transportation, car
