Overall, everything went very well. We used a 48 hour Metro pass in Paris and similar for the canal boats in Venice. In Paris, we were there early enough that we talked them into breakfast that morning in lieu of 2 days later when we would leave before the breakfast hour. That was the Mecure hotel, an excellent choice. In Venice, our hotel was great, the Saint Elena. Great breakfast and very quiet. Since we had to leave early again, they made us up box lunches which we ate on the train to Florence.
In Rome, with the early departure, we left our hotel 5am to get the first train to the airport. No ticket agents were available and the ticket kiosks would not take our credit cards, MC or VISA. Fortunately, someone showed us that it would take Euros and I had 30 euros, enough to cover the 28 Euro trip for 2.
Great time overall and lessons learned about adroit pickpockets and ticket kiosks.

I think that this website is very nice. I have recommended it to friends when they asked about our trip; however, my friends and I felt that we did too many cities in too short amount of time. We always felt that we were on the go. I`m not sure we would do another trip like this. For what we got to see, the price was amazing.

The overall experiance was really great. My wife and i were on our honeymoon and everything went really well. We ended up finding really nice restaurants in each city by simply asking the receptionists at each hotel. The only thing that we might have done differently is simply have purchased the train tickets ourselves while we were in Europe. We found that sometimes we wanted to stay in a particular city past the pre-determined train time. I think we may actually have been able to take trains at different times than what our tickets said but we ended up buying another set of train tickets in Rome because we were not sure. It was a very great experience overall and I would recommend you to others.

This is my first time using European Destinations and I must say that I was quite pleased. It was very easy to build my itinerary. I found a great package to Paris, Venice, Florence and Rome. I travelled alone and had a great time. I was very happy with each of the hotels I selected through European Destinations website. I was a little apprehensive about the hotels when I initially selected them and was not quite sure what to expect. However, the hotels were all great. I received my Eurostar tickets in a very timely manner and I also received all my travel vouchers in a timely manner. I had no problems checking in at the airports, hotels and railroad stations. Everything was taken care of by European Destinations. This trip went smoothly. I will definitely do business again with this company again and recommend it to my friends.

I am very impressed with European Destinations. At first it was difficult to believe there was a service like this - where you could book literally everything. I traveled from St. Louis to Chicago, then to Rome via air, then to Venice and Paris by train. Beyond the booking of all the transit tickets (air/train), I also booked every hotel via this service. All vouchers were mailed in time and there was not one problem the entire trip - everyone accepted the vouchers, all details were confirmed in all computers... NOT one problem. Hard to believe for a two week trip through two countries (Italy and France). The hotels were extremely affordable, reasonable, and very comfortable. I felt like I got exactly what I paid for, and was even impressed by the rates.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a one stop shop for purchasing all travel/board in Europe. I would use this service again in a heart beat - and plan to. For me its just much easier to get one large bill, rather than a bunch of small bills - and keep track of all the different receipts from all the different companies... rather than waste a bunch of time, just purchase from one great booking agency. The flight to and from Europe as well as all the train connections in Europe went very smooth, just as planned. The hotel accommediations were wonderful and as described in your material.
