My vacation was excellent! It was fairly easy to take the bus from our hotel to downtown, the subways and public transportation systems in Prague and Berlin were amazing, so easy to navigate and so convenient. The hotels were all good quality for the price and having the breakfast buffet every day made a big difference to us.
I have already been recommending your website to friends and will be using you again next year to visit some new cities. By the way all my flights were on time. It was a great experience and a great value, thank you very much!

We have a very positive impression of your travel agency. All of our travel services--flights, trains, reservations, accomodations were provided as advertised. Your website was easy to navigate and our agent, Jane Bien, was helpful and prompt. She obtained additional information from us, as to our preferences, and acted upon that information in a prompt, professional way.

Our hotel in Paris was excellent. The rooms were well appointed albeit very small. The beds, pillows, and linens were fresh and attractive. My husband became ill while in Paris and the hotel obtained an English speaking doctor for us. He examined my husband in our hotel room within 30 minutes of the hotel calling him--all this on a Sunday no less. We obtained a prescription for medication and my husband was on the mend within 24 hours. The hotel extended our check-out time to allow my husband to rest as long as possible before we had to travel to Berlin.

Our hotel in Prague was also excellent. The reception person, Petra, was friendly and very helpful to us. Her English was as excellent as our Czech was non-existant. The hotel was modern and our rooms--yes rooms--bedroom, kitchen and bath--were clean, modern and comfortable.


All hotels had amenities such as hairdryers, free use of computer and internet, and some English speaking television stations. The staff of the Eiffel Seine in Paris, particularly Jean Francois, were very friendly, accomodating and professional. The staff of the Suite Home in Prague, especially Petra, were also terrific. They truly made us comfortable.

I hope this is helpful. We would recommend EuropeanDestinations.com to others who would like to make a quick trip to Europe without the headaches of coordinating all the travel plans.
