We had a wonderful time and I would use your services again. The accomodations in Madrid (Villa Real) were great. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be accomodating. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice and had alot of variety. Again, the servers were courteous and accomodating. The location was also conveniently across the street from Prado Museum and a block or so from Retiro. It was also nice to have the option of using the pool at the sister hotel Urban. The hotel (Condes de Barcelona) in Barcelona was lovely. The Mallorca hotel, Hotel Guya was good and the location was beautiful. I have to say overall that our experience with European Destinations was great and I would do it again. I even had to speak to a rep. for the original booking bec. I had questions about transporation and she was helpful and courteous. I will remember your company the next time we travel abroad. Sincerely- Michelle V.
