Spend 2 nights in Athens at your choice of accommodations and add sightseeing tours or transfers as you desire. Then Depart on a 6 night cruise as detailed below:
Day 1: Friday - Piraeus (Athens), Greece - 6:00 PM
Embarkation commences at the Passenger Terminal situated on Akti Xaveriou at the Port of Piraeus. Passengers arriving independently should allow one hour from downtown Athens and 2 hours from Athens Airport. Upon arrival at the Passenger Terminal, all luggage, including hand and carryon luggage will pass through a security check. All luggage should be labeled with MCC luggage tags with passenger name and cabin number. At the Passenger Terminal, MCC staff will be on hand to inform you about the embarkation procedure, please have your passport, ID card and cruise ticket or voucher in hand. Guests are not permitted on board the ship for security reasons.
Day 2: Saturday - Santorini and Heraklion
Santorini, Greece 6:00AM-11:00AM
History and nature combine to make this one of the most unforgettable places in the world. You have the chance to climb the slopes of live volcano and swim in hot springs, or to visit the beautiful village of Oia, perched on the rim of the caldera and offering panoramic views of breathtaking beauty.
Heraklion (Crete), Greece 4:00PM-8:00PM
Heraklion is the capital of Crete, the largest of the Greek islands, and the birthplace of Zeus, king of the ancient gods. Visit the famous Minoan Palace of Knossos, discovered by archeologist Sir Arthur Evans, and experience this great culture and the labyrinth of Theseus and the Minotaur legend.
Day 3: Sunday - Rhodes - 8:00AM-7:00PM
Rhodes, the largest of the Dodecanese Islands, was fortified by the Knights of the Order of St. John in the 14th century and is rich in history and culture. Visit the beautiful village of Lindos and its famous Acropolis, or explore the streets of Rhodes, Old Town and the restored monastery of Philerimos.
Day 4: Monday - Patmos and Kudasasi
Patmos, Greece 6:30AM - 10:30AM
The Monastery of St. John dominates the skyline of Patmos, and for many is the focus of their visit here. Our tours take you to the Monastery and Grotto, where St. John wrote the Apocalypse. Alternatively, a scenic bus tour is a restful way to enjoy the tranquil surrounds of this beautiful island.
Kusadasi, Turkey 2:00PM - 7:00PM
This busy port town is best known as the gateway to the magnificent ruins of Ephesus, one of the best preserved Greek and Roman cities in Asia Minor. Our tour takes you to this archaic treasure, with an option to see the site of the home, where the Virgin Mary spent her last days.
Day 5: Tuesday - Istanbul
Istambul, Turkey - arrive at 6:00PM
The city, that spans the continents of Europe and Asia, as a meeting of West and East, is a melting pot of cultures and faiths and enjoys a unique blend of architecture. Our overnight stay and extensive tour selections will ensure you have every chance to see as much as possible of this wonderful city.
Day 6: Wednesday - Istambul
Istanbul, Turkey - depart at 6:00PM
The city, that spans the continents of Europe and Asia, as a meeting of West and East, is a melting pot of cultures and faiths and enjoys a unique blend of architecture. Our overnight stay and extensive tour selections will ensure you have every chance to see as much as possible of this wonderful city.
Day 7: Thursday - Mykonos
Mykonos, Greece 3:00PM-11:00PM
The Sunset Island. This windswept isle is the gem of the Cyclades, world renowned for its striking white homes, churches and windmills, pristine beaches and azure waters. Due to afternoon arrival, no tours are offered, giving you time to wander the maze of paths and alleys of this unique destination.
You will leave the ship here and spend two nights in Mykonos before returning to the USA.

Dining: Dionysos Deck
Dining has always been a festive experience for the Greeks. On board the team of chefs ensures that every day brings new, unforgettable culinary delights. There are guests of up to 100 nationalities on board during any one season and the chefs have strive to devise menus which suit the tastes of both adventurous and less adventurous palates. The sommelier will help you choose from the international wine list featuring Greek, French, and Italian vintages and then in an impeccable way the attentive stewards serve you the finest of international and Greek specialties. Your waiter will soon learn your preferences as he makes recommendations from the daily menu.
Entertainment
During a cruise, some people wish simply to relax and soak up the sun, while others prefer action. At sea, daytime diversions are numerous; there is something for everyone, from reading a good book in a comfortable corner of the library, a game of backgammon or cards or a drink at the piano bar. Night life at sea is vibrant. Start your evening with your favorite drink in one of the bars and after a pleasant dinner, you have a standing invitation to a colorful show, followed by dancing. Perhaps you are planning to go to the casino afterwards or to the disco, so you can dance on into the early morning hours.
Optional Shore Excursions
A diverse selection of tours has been developed in order to help you make the most of your time at ports of call. Bookings can be made in advance, or if made onboard can be charged to Shipboard Account. In case you have a video camera, be advised that museums and archeological sites might charge a fee for their use.
Shipboard Dining
Please contact the Maitre d`Hotel after embarkation to make your table reservation or to confirm reservations made with the booking. Breakfast and Luncheon are served in the Restaurant on an Open Seating basis or passengers may opt for the buffet on deck. Dinner is assigned seating and it is requested that passengers observe the opening times as per Daily Program. Swimsuits and tank tops are not permitted in the Dining Room.
Daily Program
Each evening a schedule of activities for the following day will be delivered to your cabin. This includes arrival and departure times, shore excursion departure times, meal times, open hours for onboard facilities, suggested dress code, social events and other useful information. Please read it carefully and keep it with you.
Gratuities
It is the task of the experienced staff to do everything possible to make your cruise comfortable and enjoyable. The desire is for you to feel at ease and relaxed during your vacation and this applies to tipping as to other aspects of your cruise. As most guests request guidance to what prevails internationally, the suggested amount is Euro 8 (USD 9) per person per day for all passengers over 16 years old and Euro 4 (USD 5) per person per day for children and teenagers (6 to 16 years). Gratuities will be added to passenger`s ship board account. For beverage service personnel such as Bar Tenders and Waiters a 10% service charge is automatically added to the bill.
Personal Funds and Expenses
The currency on board is Euro. All onboard expenses including shore excursions, gratuities, gift shop purchases, wine and bar bills, spa, beauty salon treatments and photo services, with the exception of the Casino, are charged to your Shipboard Account. For payment, all major credit cards are accepted or if preferred, passengers may settle their account with cash, Travelers Checks or Eurocheques. Personal checks are not accepted.

Medical Facilities
A qualified physician is in attendance on all cruises. Office hours are posted and listed on the Daily Program. Emergencies are attended to immediately at all times. A customary fee is charged for services and medication, this is charged to your Shipboard Account.
Smoking on Board
Public Rooms have an area reserved for smoking, which passengers are kindly asked to respect. Smoking is not permitted in the Dining Room. Cigar and pipe smoking is not permitted in any indoor area of the ship. Passengers are requested not to smoke in cabins.
What to pack
Expect warm weather during the day with slightly cooler evenings. When going ashore, comfortable walking shoes are recommended and for visits to religious sites, bare shoulders and shorts are not permitted. Onboard, we suggest casual light weight resort wear. Don`t forget your sunglasses, swimsuit and sunhat for the deck, although swimsuits are not permitted in public rooms. In case it rains, don`t forget a light waterproof jacket or umbrella. Each evening after 6.00pm you are kindly requested to follow the recommended dress code as per your Daily Program. Dress Guidelines: Casual Country club casual for ladies and gentlemen to feel at home after your day in port. Captain`s Night We suggest suit and tie for gentlemen and cocktail dress or pant suit for ladies.
